The Gallery

An image gallery system I built to display images I've taken with my digital camera. Things of interest include:
· Database tracking of images based on an md5 of their contents. This allows me to move the files around and rename them, without having to update the db records.
· The first implementation of my usersystem library (a drop-in usersystem with authentication/session/variables/preferences/groups)
· Automated image handling. In order to add an image, all that needs to be done is to drop the image in the gallery path. The script handles importing the image details, thumbnailing, etc. the first time the image is indexed.

A project I've been working on, off and on for about 3 years now. This is the
latest version of the system. Basically the UW Server downloads the headlines from
several sites every hour. Users can view the headlines and go to the sites via
UW Clients.

A news script I made a while back. Different from your usual news script, this one
was designed to be easy to bend around pre-existing site designs.
